1.1 DonationPe does not sell or ship any physical goods.

1.2 All payments made on the Platform are voluntary donations and not purchases of products or services.

2.1 “Delivery” on DonationPe refers solely to:

• Successful processing of the donation transaction, and
• Generation of a digital donation receipt, including 80G receipt where applicable

2.2 No tangible item, product, or service is delivered to the donor.

3.1 Donation confirmation is typically provided:

• Immediately upon successful payment, or
• Within a reasonable time in case of technical delays

3.2 Donation receipts are delivered:

• Electronically via email to the donor’s registered email address
• Through the Platform dashboard, where applicable

4.1 In rare cases, delays in receipt generation may occur due to:

• Technical issues
• Incorrect information provided by the donor
• Organization-side verification requirements

4.2 DonationPe may assist in resolving such issues but does not guarantee delivery timelines.

5.1 Organizations are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of receipt information
• Compliance with tax laws
• Issuance and validity of 80G certificates

5.2 DonationPe is not responsible for errors or omissions made by Organizations.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• DonationPe shall not be liable for delays in receipt delivery
• DonationPe shall not be liable for non-receipt caused by incorrect donor information
• DonationPe shall not be liable for disputes regarding tax benefits

DonationPe reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
