• Payment gateway platforms
• Third-party services linked from DonationPe

DonationPe acts solely as a technology intermediary that facilitates donation transactions on behalf of registered Organizations.

• DonationPe does not receive, hold, or control donation funds
• All payments are processed directly through the Organization’s own payment gateway account
• DonationPe does not determine how donations are utilized

We use the collected information to:

• Facilitate donation transactions
• Generate donation receipts, including 80G receipts
• Maintain transaction records
• Provide dashboards and reports to Organizations
• Respond to support queries
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

• DonationPe does not store card, UPI, or bank account details
• All payment information is processed securely by the Organization’s selected payment gateway
• DonationPe receives only transaction status and reference data required for record-keeping

We may share information:

• With the Organization to whom the donation is made
• With payment gateway providers for transaction processing
• With government or legal authorities when required by law
• With service providers assisting in platform operations (under confidentiality obligations)

We may share personal data for marketing or advertising purposes.

• We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures
• Access to data is restricted and role-based
• Data is stored on secure servers located in compliance with Indian regulations

• Organization data is retained for as long as the account remains active or as required for legal compliance

Organizations are independently responsible for:

DonationPe is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Organizations.

DonationPe may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Improve platform functionality
• Analyze usage patterns

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• DonationPe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• DonationPe shall not be liable for disputes between donors and Organizations

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
